We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unopened condition with packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Opened supplements (Casein Protein, Collagen, Egg Protein, Plant Protein)
  • Opened health products (Fat Burners, Fish Oil & Omegas, Greens & Superfoods, Immune Health, Joint Support, Keto products, Meal Replacements, Mobility & Recovery, Multi-Vitamins, Probiotics)
  • Used clothing and accessories (Clothing, Clothing & Accessories, Gloves)
  • Opened personal care products

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Miami facility at:

    Please include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
  3. We will process your exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items
